Can I book direct with you?

No. Unfortunately for insurance purposes and also for your own protection we take all bookings through Airbnb. This is a trusted website worldwide.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, absolutely. Simply head to Airbnb and hit cancel my reservation. We offer a full refund up until 24hrs prior to arrival.

Can I extend my stay?

Yes absolutely. Simple head to Airbnb and find your booking and hit 'alter my booking'. A request will come through to us and we will approve the extended stay if the dates are available.

I have a problem with my reservation, can I contact you?

Absolutely. We are available 6am - 9pm. Simply jump on Airbnb and go to messages. Should the matter be urgent you can call us through the app. We have a full maintenance team ready to go should you require something and our cleaning team is also on standby should something be wrong.
